Helping couples decide where to Elope in Maui is one of my favorite things to do. Once you decide where you’ll be committing your lives to each other (!!) everything really seems to fall into place. There are so many locations to pick from, so I’d love to help narrow it down for you. This is a brief guide so please know that I’ll elaborate a whole lot more once you’re booked with me. There are also some locations not mentioned here because I like the keep them secret for my booked couples 🙂
West Maui
This is easily one of the most popular locations. I mean, there are lava rock cliffs and a beautiful beach… what else do I need to say? Ironwoods is clearly beautiful and diverse. Something to keep in mind is that Ironwoods is located in Kapalua, a wetter area of Maui. There’s always a higher possibility of rain at this location. This also means it can be “moodier” looking in photos, which I love. It’s not uncommon to see a handful of family photoshoots and other elopements happening at the same time. Sometimes the beach is totally empty and other times there will be a few other couples getting married at sunset.
South Maui
Wailea is FULL of beautiful beaches that I can’t possibly just pick one. Wailea is truly beach after beach after beach of beautiful shorelines. The sunsets directly over the horizon in Wailea so you’ll have that beautiful golden hour sunset that a lot of couples dream of. The weather in Wailea is great, so you rarely need to worry about rain.
